WELCOME TO RALEIGH ADULT MEDICINE

Thank you for your help and consideration. We’re glad you have chosen us to be part of your healthcare team.

It is a privilege to be your health care provider, and we want to help you make each visit as pleasant as possible. For your convenience, we’ve provided the following guidelines to help you get the most out of your appointment.

APPOINTMENTS

To schedule an appointment:

  • Please call the office at 919-781-9979  between 8 a.m. – 4:45 p.m. (Monday – Thursday), 8 a.m. – 12:45 p.m. (Friday), and 8 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
  • If you’re an established patient with Raleigh Adult Medicine, you can request your appointment online.

We are pleased to offer same-day appointments for routine and urgent needs. Call our office at 919-781-9979 to schedule your same-day appointment.

CHECK IN

  • Arrive 15 minutes early to check in.
  • Make sure your insurance information is updated.
  • Bring your insurance card(s) and photo id to every visit to Raleigh Adult Medicine. This helps us file and process each visit.
  • A demographic information update is required each visit.

CANCELLATIONS

As a courtesy, our office provides an automated appointment reminder call two business days prior to your scheduled appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call 919.781.9979 and press 2 when prompted. Please notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to make an appointment as we reserve the right to charge a fee for no show patients or visits cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
