Medicare Patients

Raleigh Adult Medicine is an unassigned Medicare provider. Patients who have Medicare as their primary coverage will need to pay in full at the time of service. We will file the claim to Medicare and instruct them to make their payment to the patient. IMPORTANT INFORMATION for Medicare Choice Enrollees

Because of plan terms and conditions, Raleigh Adult Medicine is currently unable to provide services to patients covered under any Medicare Choice program, including the following Medicare Advantage plans:

Medicare Complete
Partners Medicare Choice
Secure Horizons Direct
Unicare Security Choice
